We hit the importance of taking risks and avoiding the need for guarantees in life. Most people have a tendency to create lists and make excuses instead of taking action.
I go over the power of positive self-talk and the consequences of worrying and why I encourage embracing risks and making decisions without seeking perfection and emphasize the value of hard work and the need to control thoughts and energy. You need forward progress, self-worth, and ownership of personal responsibility for solving problems.

In this episode, I challenge the idea of rest days in training. I share personal anecdotes and examples of hard work to argue against the need for rest days. I dismiss the concept of overtraining and emphasizes the importance of pushing one's limits. I also criticize the judgment and negativity prevalent on social media. I conclude by encouraging listeners to focus on discipline and hard work rather than seeking excuses or shortcuts.
Takeaways
Rest days are not necessary for everyone and can be seen as an excuse to avoid hard work.
Examples of individuals who work hard every day, such as farmers and athletes, demonstrate the potential to push beyond perceived limits.
The concept of overtraining is dismissed, with an emphasis on the importance of proper recovery and monitoring training.
This is about emotional maturity and knock off the judgment and negativity towards others' training routines.

The best advice I can give you is take all the money that you get in the beginning and dump it right back into your business.
Keep taking your product or your service and upgrading it nonstop until it becomes so good that you become the standard that everybody else compares their business and their product to.
You become the one that everybody goes, you've just got to do it like that guy.
If you can make it to even part of what that guy does, you're going to kill it.
That's what you have to do. The way you do that is by constantly dumping time, money and energy back into your business. And a lot of people struggle with that.

I get asked all the time "Why did you start coaching?"
The same reason I started SmashweRx and Body Hacks.
Being the recipient of bad coaching (two of them, one clown chiro coach and one online coach), and just like the other two companies we started, instead of looking for the best, I became the best.
I built 3 successful companies BEFORE I began coaching people on how to build businesses.
This episode is also part 1 of 'how to start an online business and not need a coach'
I want you to win, so here you go!
Btw, I've had two insanely epic coaches as well,
Bedros Keuilian and Wes Watson who both told me to get into coaching people to success.
